Process
Start with the product and the paperwork
Once we understand the case properly, we can define the right service path and the next practical step.
1
Initial intake
You send a Proforma Invoice with product photos. If available, certificates, invoice, and packing list can be added as well.
2
Suitability review
We identify the goods, the likely import requirements, and whether the case fits our handling scope.
3
Service path definition
We determine whether the case calls for paid consulting, document review, full handling, or support for an already-arrived shipment.
4
Commercial direction
After the initial review, we present the relevant scope and the next practical step.
Typical response timing
- Initial response in relevant categories is usually provided within 24 business hours.
- Less routine or more sensitive categories may require up to 72 business hours.
- Pre-order consulting can begin before a full operational file is opened.
How pricing is handled
- Pricing depends on the goods, the paperwork, and the exact scope required.
- A range may sometimes be possible after an initial look at the case.
- The formal quote explains what is included and what is billed separately.
- Customs exams, delays, storage, and similar external charges are usually separate when they apply.
