Can I work with you on only one part of the process?
Yes. You can take one focused service or broader support, according to what you need.
Do you only handle customs release?
No. Customs release is one part of the service. We also handle review, standards, regulation, and related preparation.
What products do you mainly focus on?
Main focus is toys, baby products, household goods, and electrical products.
Can you help if the shipment already arrived?
In many cases yes, subject to the goods, the paperwork, and the status of the file.
Documents and pricing
What should I send first?
In most cases, start with a Proforma Invoice and product photos. If you already have certificates or supplier documents, add those too.
How is pricing handled?
Pricing depends on the goods, the paperwork, and the exact scope required after review.
Can I get only a feasibility check?
Yes. Pre-order consulting is available as a paid service for clients who first want to understand whether the import path is practical.
Are there categories you do not handle?
Yes. Sensitive categories and products with intellectual-property exposure are not automatically accepted and may be declined or limited to consulting only.
